1. Premise

Pursuant to art. 13 of Leg. Dec. N° 196/2003 – “Personal data protection code” (hereinafter called “Code”), in his capacity as “Data Controller”, Mr Francesco Di Lillo is obliged to provide you with information on the use of your personal data.

2. Source of personal data

Your personal data is collected by recording data you provide, in your capacity as the interested party, at the moment of filling out this information request form.

3. Purposes of data processing

Personal data is processed for one or more of the following purposes:

  1. to send the information you request
  2. to carry out direct surveys to assess the level of user satisfaction with the services offered or requested

To guarantee an efficient service, the data may also be used to carry out technical and verification tests.

4. Data processing methods

In relation to the purposes set out above, the personal data is processed by manual, computerised or telematic equipment for reasons strictly related to the purposes outlined above to guarantee safety and confidentiality of the data.

5. Non-obligatory submission of data

The submission of data is not obligatory, but failure to do so will make it impossible for us to respond to your requests and carry out direct surveys to assess the level of user satisfaction with the services offered, geared to improving the quality of the services.

6. Categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as Data Processors or appointees.

Your personal data is known exclusively to the Data controller and to the employees of the Italy Utah Cooperation Center ("The Center"), expressly identified as appointees to process the information.

7. Pursuant to art. 7 of the “Code” we inform you that the Personal data protection laws grant a data subject the possibility to exercise the following specific rights:

  1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning said subject, even when it has not yet been registered, and receive communication of such data in legible form.
  2. The data subject has the right to obtain indication:
    1. of the origin of the personal data;
    2. of the final aims and processing methods;
    3. of the logic applied in the case of processing with the aid of electronic instruments;
    4. of the identifying details of the holder, the managers and the designated representative, in accordance with art. 5 subsection 2;
    5. of the subjects or groups of subjects to which the personal data may be communicated or which may become aware of such data in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, as managers or appointees.
  3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
    1. the update, rectification or, when necessary, the completion of the data;
    2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or in block of the data processed in breach of the law, including data which need not necessarily be held in relation to the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently processed;
    3. the certification that the operations indicated under letters a) and b), and their contents, have been brought to the knowledge of those to whom they have been communicated or distributed, other than in the case in which said fulfilment is impossible or implicates a combination of activities which are out of proportion with respect to the right defended.
  4. The data subject has the right to oppose in full or in part:
    1. for legitimate reasons, the processing of the personal data concerning said party, even when pertinent to the purpose for which it was collected;
    2. the processing of the personal data concerning said party for the purposes of sending out advertising or direct sales materials or for carrying out market research or for commercial communication.

8. Data controller and processors

The Controller for the personal data of this Information note is the Italy Utah Cooperation Center, located c/o Studio Legale Rampelli, in Via Cicerone 28, 00194 Rome - ITALY.

The Center has appointed Mr. Francesco Di Lillo as the Data processor.

The same person is responsible for the verification process, if the rights described above are exercised.
